This website is operated by Innovative Valley Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia, which is responsible for the personal information described here. "I" and "me" on this page mean Innovative Valley Pty Ltd, and Dupinder Singh personally looks after your information.
What do I collect?
The enquiry form collects your name, email, chosen starting point and goal, with optional team size, challenge, timing, tools and budget. Blog subscriptions collect your email, consent version and time, confirmation time and subscription status.
Bookings collect your name, email, phone number, selected time, time zone and an optional goal. Feedback requires a topic, message, name, email and connection to my work. If you opt in to publication, it also collects a public display name and optional public role or organisation. Please avoid confidential business, client or health information.
Where does it go?
Enquiries are forwarded to my email. Blog subscriptions, email campaign records, bookings and feedback are stored in a private database with the website host, Hostinger, and can be accessed through my password-protected admin area. The site also attempts to send email notifications. Booking confirmations contain the appointment details and your booking reference.
I use these details to arrange your call, respond to your enquiry or feedback, and deliver what you requested. Feedback starts privately. An email confirmation link verifies access to the submitted address. Only feedback with explicit permission, a confirmed email and my approval can appear on the website. The exact message, chosen public name, optional public role and feedback topic may then be displayed; your email and private contact name are not included in the public feed. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours and are single-use. I store the permission version and time, confirmation time and publication status. To withdraw permission or request removal, email hello@innovativevalley.ai; I can unpublish or delete the record in the admin area. A booking or feedback submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and technical records
The booking, feedback and admin services use an essential session cookie to protect submissions and maintain an admin sign-in. It is not used for advertising. Request limits temporarily record a keyed hash of the network address to reduce abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the booking database.
Hostinger may keep server and mail logs, including IP addresses and page requests, under its hosting policies. There are no advertising pixels or marketing cookies added by this website. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to deliver those fonts.
Access, corrections and deletion
Email hello@innovativevalley.ai to ask what I hold, request a correction or ask for deletion. Include your booking reference if your request concerns an appointment. Information may exist in the website database, my mailbox and hosting backups; I will explain what can be removed and any records that need to be retained.
Blog subscriptions require email confirmation before receiving updates. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Blog updates are sent only after I approve a send, using this website’s mailing queue and authenticated Hostinger mailbox. The website stores delivery attempts, matched bounce reports, manual delivery test observations and unsubscribe status. Hostinger processes the email for delivery; its mail infrastructure and recipient email providers may process information outside Australia. An unsubscribe link is included in each update and in your subscription confirmation email. You can also email hello@innovativevalley.ai to unsubscribe. Subscriber addresses are not displayed publicly. I retain subscription and campaign records while needed to deliver updates, honour opt-outs and resolve delivery issues; contact me to request deletion.
What about WhatsApp?
If we chat on WhatsApp, that conversation lives on that platform and is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. My end of the bargain doesn't change, though: what you tell me stays between us.
Which rules do I follow?
I handle your information in line with the principles of the Australian Privacy Act. One honest caveat: this page is a plain-English summary of what actually happens with your data, not legal advice — and it describes the website features and data handling above.
