Proof, not promisesReal hours, won back — with numbers.
Three project examples from my automation work, with the tasks, tools and reported before-and-after time. Client names are not published here. These examples describe implementation work, not measured results from a coaching or training package.
Weekly reporting: 20+ hours → under 3.
Every week, someone spent the better part of three days assembling the same report — pulling numbers from different systems, pasting, formatting, fixing, re-checking.
The fix wasn't a smarter model. It was mapping how the report actually got built, then wiring the boring steps together so the data assembled itself: Google Sheets as the single source, Apps Script to shape it, Make.com to move it. The human now reviews and decides — the part humans are actually for.

Roughly two full working days, every single week, back for real work.
And a new client's first week stopped depending on who was free that day.
Onboarding: 15 hours → 3.
Every new client meant the same fifteen hours: forms re-typed into systems, welcome emails written from scratch, checklists rebuilt from memory.
We redesigned it end-to-end: one smart intake form feeding Airtable, Zapier carrying the data everywhere it needed to go, templates doing the routine writing. Same warm welcome for the client — a fraction of the manual work behind it.

Invoicing: 5 hours a week → about 30 minutes.
Five hours every week creating invoices, chasing what was sent, and reconciling what came back — the definition of work nobody started a business to do.
Xero already had the data; it just needed connecting. Make.com now assembles and sends the invoices, Slack pings a human only when something needs judgement. What's left is half an hour of checking — not five hours of typing.

Over a year, that's close to six working weeks of admin — gone.
What these numbers do — and don't — mean.
These are real outcomes from my hands-on automation and AI work — not averages, and not guarantees. Every business starts from a different place; that's the whole point of starting with a free call.
These days I mostly coach and train people to reach outcomes like these themselves — so the capability stays in your business instead of walking out the door with a consultant. Same thinking, same tools, yours to keep.
