Melbourne · in person or onlineI'm Dupinder Singh, founder of Innovative Valley — Melbourne-based, ex-operations, and I teach people and teams to use AI on their real work. Hands-on ChatGPT and AI coaching in plain English: in person across Melbourne, or online anywhere.
Reported time savings from past automation projects. They show what is possible, not a promised coaching outcome.
Team workshops run at your workplace — CBD or suburbs — on your machines, in your tools. There's something about learning at the desk where the work actually happens.
One-to-one coaching and team training work just as well over a call, with screens shared and hands on keyboards. Distance doesn't change the method.
Either way, we don't do generic examples. You bring the quoting, reporting or admin that eats your week, and we fix it live — so the skills stick.

Owners drowning in quoting, invoicing, reporting and the same customer emails — who want hours back without hiring.
People who keep hearing they "should be using AI" and want to actually get good at it — on their own work, without the jargon.
Groups of around 5 to 12 who need practical, shared AI skills that survive contact with Monday morning.

These are outcomes described from client automation work — not projections, and not a guarantee. What you get back depends on your business and your follow-through; my job is to make the path obvious and teach you to walk it.
I spent 8+ years running operations and compliance in a regulated Melbourne business — reports that had to be right, systems that had to hold up under audit.
That's the lens I bring to AI: not "look at this shiny tool", but "which repetitive task is quietly costing you a day a week, and how do we take it back?" Now I coach individuals and train teams to use AI on exactly that kind of work — and if AI genuinely won't help a task, I'll tell you that too.
Yes. Team workshops run in person at your workplace anywhere across Melbourne — CBD or suburbs — and one-to-one coaching can be in person or online, whichever suits. Everything is hands-on and built around your real work, not a slide deck.
It depends on the format: a half-day or full-day workshop at your workplace in Melbourne or online, usually for 5–12 people, or one-to-one coaching (a 60-minute Power Hour or an ongoing plan). Group size, travel, preparation on your team's real tasks and follow-up support shape the price. You get a written scope and total price, showing whether GST applies, before you decide. The 20-minute intro call is free.
Yes — that's how most team training runs. I come to your office with a workshop built on your team's actual workflows, usually for groups of around 5 to 12. If you'd rather run it online, that works just as well.
Yes. Coaching and training run online Australia-wide and worldwide, and the sessions are just as hands-on as the in-person ones. If you're outside Melbourne and would prefer in person, mention it on the free call and we'll see what's workable.
Yes — ChatGPT is usually the centrepiece, alongside the small handful of other tools that actually matter for your work. Just as importantly, you'll learn where AI doesn't help, so you stop paying attention to hype.
A free 20-minute call — we'll find the one task worth fixing first, and you'll know exactly what it costs before anything starts.
