01 · For you

One-to-one AI coaching

Personal, hands-on sessions on your real work — so AI finally clicks, and you walk away able to do the thing yourself.

Bring one useful task, even if it feels small. We work through an approach together, check the output and practise how you can use it again.

Best for: founders, professionals and individuals who want to get good, fast.

Start with a focused 60-minute Power Hour, or discuss an ongoing coaching plan. The scope, preparation, support and total cost are agreed before you book.

Practise one useful task. Keep the prompt and the checks.

What you get

  • Hands-on, inside your real work
  • An approach using tools suited to your task
  • Prompts & templates you keep
  • A recording of every session
  • Plain English — no jargon, no overwhelm
  • A reusable approach you can practise

The session focuses on a useful task you can practise again. We check the output and discuss how to measure whether it helps.

A sample 60-minute session

One task. Practice, feedback and a way to repeat it.

This illustrates a focused Power Hour. The actual task, preparation and inclusions are agreed before booking.

    Build an approach

Write and refine a prompt together, using clear context and instructions.

Check facts, meaning and tone. Try another example and discuss what needs human judgement.

  4. 50–60 min

02 · For your team

AI training for your team

A hands-on workshop where your team practises useful tasks, checks AI output and agrees how to apply the learning at work.

No twenty-tool tour. We focus on where AI moves the needle for your team, with honest guardrails on where it doesn't — so your team has a practical approach to try and measure.

Best for: teams who want practical skills that last.

Half-day and full-day workshops are available, usually for groups of 5–12. The scope, preparation, support and total cost are agreed before you book.

Practise, check, then apply.

An illustrative outline, adapted to your agreed workflows and group. The quote confirms delivery format, materials, participant numbers and support.

  1. Set the boundaries: approved tools, information handling and tasks worth trying.
  2. Practise: draft or summarise using fictional or approved information.
  3. Review: check accuracy, missing context and when human judgement is needed.
  4. Apply: keep a template and agree how to measure the next trial.

Online or in person?

Team workshops can be online or in person. I’m based in Melbourne and work with clients worldwide. Share your location, time zone and preferred format; availability, travel and any tool costs are confirmed in the quote.

Done-for-you automation builds are available by arrangement for the right fit. They are scoped separately from coaching and training.

Good questions

Before we work together.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the format and scope: a single 60-minute Power Hour or an ongoing coaching plan for individuals; a half-day or full-day workshop for teams, usually 5–12 people. Group size, in-person travel within Melbourne, preparation on your own tasks and follow-up support all shape it. You get a written scope and total price, showing whether GST applies, before you decide. The 20-minute intro call is free.

What if I'm not technical?

That's exactly who this is for. Everything is in plain English, hands-on, and built around your real work — no code, no jargon. We focus on a useful task and a reusable approach you can practise after the session.

Can you train my whole team?

Yes. Team training is a hands-on workshop tailored to your real workflows, usually for groups of around 5 to 12, designed for people who don't consider themselves technical.

Do you also do done-for-you automation builds?

Yes — building automations is how I started (weekly reporting cut from 20+ hours to under 3). Done-for-you builds are available by arrangement for the right fit — mention it on our free call and I'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

How soon will I see results?

We work towards a useful template or workflow during the session. Results depend on the task and how you apply it; compare time and quality before and after a trial.
