My story

For more than eight years I ran national operations and compliance: fleet reporting, safety documentation, fatigue management and the details that had to be right. I saw how much time disappeared into repeated data entry, weekly reports and handovers.

I started improving those workflows in my own operations, then for other businesses. That experience now informs my coaching: understand the task, give AI clear boundaries, and check the result before relying on it.

I run this work through my company, Innovative Valley Pty Ltd. The site was previously published at dupinder.ai.

Coaching and team training are my main focus. Implementation is also available by arrangement when the task calls for it.
