Who you're dealing with

This website and all coaching and training services are provided by Innovative Valley Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Melbourne. When you book coaching or training, your agreement is with Innovative Valley Pty Ltd, and I (Dupinder Singh) deliver the work personally. "I", "me" and "we" on this page mean Innovative Valley Pty Ltd.

What am I offering?

I offer one-to-one AI coaching and AI training for teams. Workflow implementation is available by arrangement and scoped separately. The approach is recommended after understanding your goals, and the available approaches are described on the services page. The first call is always free, with no obligation to go further.

Quotes and how we agree

Every engagement starts with a written quote showing the scope, what's included, the dates and the total price. A quote is valid for 30 days. When you accept it, by replying "yes" in writing, signing it, or paying the first invoice, the quote and these terms together become our agreement.

The number you agree to is the number you pay. If you'd like to add something mid-way, I'll quote the extra in writing first and nothing changes until you say yes.

Payment

Each quote says whether GST is included. Unless your quote says otherwise:

  • One-to-one coaching: paid before the first session. A package of sessions is paid up front, and sessions can be used within 6 months of purchase.
  • Team training and workshops: a 50% deposit secures the date. The balance is due 7 days before the workshop.
  • Workflow implementation: paid in the stages set out in your quote.

Invoices are payable within 7 days unless your quote says otherwise. If an invoice is overdue, I'll remind you first. If it stays unpaid, I may pause further sessions or work until it's settled.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Life happens. If you need to move a one-to-one session, give me at least 24 hours' notice and we'll find a new time without any fuss. With less notice, or if a session is missed, it counts as used. I'll make one exception per package for genuine emergencies.

For team workshops, a room full of people takes more shuffling than one call, so:

  • 14 or more days' notice: move the date for free, or cancel for a full refund.
  • 7 to 13 days' notice: move the date once for free within 3 months, or cancel and the deposit is kept.
  • Less than 7 days' notice: the full fee is payable, but you can still move the date once within 3 months.

Any costs I've already paid to someone else for your workshop, such as a venue or travel, are passed on at cost and only where your quote lists them. If I ever have to cancel or move a session, you choose: a new time, or a full refund for that session.

Refunds and if you're not happy

If something isn't working, tell me early and I'll do my best to put it right, whether that's adjusting the approach or repeating a session. If we decide to stop, you pay only for sessions delivered and work done, and I refund the rest of anything you've prepaid.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, including your right to a remedy if a service isn't delivered with due care and skill.

What you get to keep

Everything made for you. The prompts, templates, workflows and materials created for your work, plus any session recordings, are yours to use in your own work or business for as long as you like. That's rather the point.

Two limits. First, they're for your own use, so please don't resell them or repackage them as your own training product. Second, my general methods, frameworks and teaching materials that existed before our work stay mine. You're welcome to keep using the copies I give you inside your business.

Sessions are only recorded if everyone on the call agrees.

AI tools and your information

The work involves third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. Those tools are run by other companies under their own terms. I'll help you choose tools and settings that suit your situation. I won't put your confidential or personal information into any AI tool without your agreement.

AI tools can be wrong. Please check anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or safety decisions. You stay responsible for decisions made in your business, and for following your organisation's own policies on using AI.

What don't I promise?

Specific business results. I'll turn up prepared, coach you on your real work, and hold nothing back, but what happens after our sessions depends on your business and your follow-through. Anyone who guarantees you a particular outcome from AI coaching is guessing, and I'd rather be straight with you than impressive.

Confidential information

Coaching and training happen inside your real work, which means I'll often see how your business actually runs. I treat that as confidential and only use it to deliver our work together. I'm happy to sign a reasonable NDA before we discuss anything sensitive, so just say so on the first call. I'll never name you as a client or quote you without your written permission.

How I handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

Where does liability land?

To the extent the law allows, my total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither of us is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Just as important: nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights sit above anything written here, exactly as they should.

If we disagree

Let's talk first. Most things get sorted in one honest conversation. If they don't, we'll try mediation in Melbourne before either of us goes to court.

The boring essentials

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If I update them, the version on this page when you accepted your quote is the one that applies to that engagement. If any part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
